[vtkusers] Convert dcm to mha

Dear Users,

 

As you know, to use vtk paint brush, we need original mha and label map mha
(segmentation results) images. In my case, I have original dcm and binary
dcm (segmentation results) images.

 

I have two questions:

 

1.       How to convert dcm to mha? 

2.       How to transform binary image to label map image?
