[vtkusers] keyboard event

OK...
turns out that it is a Cocoa-Mac OS well known related issue.

The example works well if compiled with the flag "MACOS_BUNDLE" in the
application section of the CMakeList file.

The problem is that I have a command line, interactive program and that it
does not seem possible to redirect the standard input towards the terminal
or a file.  The bundle just stops at the first user menu.

Has someone had the same problem and a solution ?
