[vtkusers] marching cubes: scalar values equal to isovalue

It's just an example to illustrate the formation of these triangles.

My actual dataset has continuous values between 0 and 2, and I use
isovalue 1. Suddenly, those 'ones' in some places make the awful
triangles appear. What I would like to know is whether there is a way to
remove them.
