[vtkusers] How to change scalarbar size and orientation?

Hello, I've tried to change size of vtkScalarBarWidget with functions 
SetWidth and SetHeight of vtkScalarBarActor (inherited from vtkActor2D), 
but this functions can't change size of widgets. If it is impossible to 
use this function, I can use SetMaximum...InPixels, but I have another 
question. How to forbid widget to change its direction automaticaly?
