[vtkusers] Boolean Operations on Surfaces Build Error

Sam,

Yes, I did. Unfortunately, it isn't clear from the compiler errors
what the problem is, and I don't have ready access to Visual Studio 10
to try to replicate what you see.

I'll see if I can get VS 10 and reproduce what you see.
