[vtkusers] Boolean integration

Dear Vtk Users,

 

i try to integrate the VTKClassesForBooleanOperationsOnSurfaces project to
an VTK Version 5.6.0,

but I have no idea how to integrate this class to the VTK filtering.

I can add project to vtk project with sample and works fine.

I use VS2010 32bits.

Maybe I have to change some file in the cmake but have no knowledge how to
do this.
