[vtkusers] Boolean Operations on Surfaces Build Error

Hi,

I am using,
"Boolean Operations on Surfaces in VTK Without External Libraries"  from:
http://www.insight-journal.org/browse/publication/797

I used CMAKE to generate for Visual Studio 10.  Next I opepend
BooleanOperationsPolyData.sln and tried to build the "ALL_BUILD" but it
failed.

"missing type specifier - int assumed. Note C++ does not support
default-int" 

and many other errors.  

Please help!
