[vtkusers] capturing video

hi Roberts ,

i have follow your codes here to grab image/video frame through UTV 380
videograbber. But it appears an error said the compression problem, can't
grab. Do you have any idea how to resolve this problem? any configuration or
setting? or i have to change the video grabber totally?

forward to receiving your suggestion. Thanks.
