[vtkusers] ActiViz .NET PrintSelf function Missing

Hi,

I am using Actviz.NET in C# and I can't access the PrintSelf function of any
class.  

For example,

vtkSampleFunction sample = new vtkSampleFunction();
sample.PrintSelf() //Function does not exist.

Any ideas?
