[vtkusers] Can a kD-Tree be built for data with > 3 Dimensions

Thanks for your insight. I've never used ITK but looking at the documentation
and a few of the examples it looks like I will be able to do what I need. 

I live in the middle of no where and am basically on dial-up, so it'll take
me a while to download ITK, but I'll try to add a solution to the wiki
whenever I find it!
