[vtkusers] Actor that always has the same size according to the screen

I found out how to change the scale according to the camera.
I inherit vtkFollower, and override the GetMatrix method, what I need now is
the equation to use camera parallel scale and actor scale to compute a fixed
size...

And I need to get an equation for perspective too...
