[vtkusers] SynchroGrab4D, vtk Polaris tracking

Dr. Purang Abolmaesumi of UBC has a group of students who still actively
uses SynchroGrab (not SynchroGrab4D).  To get an explanation of the xml file
format, you may want to contact him directly.
