[vtkusers] OffScreenRendering Text

As an update, I was able to get text to display by turning its shadow on and
then it appeared over the vtkImageActor.  I am having issues displaying
vtkVolume or some other vtkProp3D that represent 3D volumes.

Any one have any ideas on either of these issues?  This is for VTK 4.2.1 in
Windows MFC using OpenGL.
