[vtkusers] Surface from contours

[Andrej Gluhov]

I read about this class. I'm not sure that I understand correctly, I need
added all contors like:

vtkVoxelContoursToSurfaceFilter surface = new
vtkVoxelContoursToSurfaceFilter();
surface.SetInput(contourfilter1.GetOuput())//for first contour
surface.SetInput(contourfilter2.GetOuput())//for second contour
and so on?
