[vtkusers] Which lib file must I link for vtkMedicalImageReader2 ?

I am getting this error:
error LNK2019: unresolved external symbol "__declspec(dllimport) public:
static class vtkMedicalImageReader2 * __cdecl
vtkMedicalImageReader2::New(void)" (__imp_?New at vtkMedicalImageReader2
@@SAPAV1 at XZ) referenced in function _main


I took a look at the lib directory, but I am not sure which file contain the
symbol above.

Please tell me which lib file must I link.
