[vtkusers] Remove the sides from a closed mesh

Dear All,

As shown in this image, [http://awesomescreenshot.com/03f5jm091] I am
creating a mesh in VTK using vtkPolyData
and vtkVoxelContoursToSurfaceFilter.

Now I want to add a feature to remove/hide the surfaces "A" and "C" and show
only the surface "B".
Is there any way to render the mesh without the caps (A and C) ? Do I have
to slice the mesh manually?

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks!
Best Regards,
-Lahiru.
