[vtkusers] Obtain VTK CVS version

Hi Yang,

VTK has recently moved to the git version control system. For Windows,
msysgit (http://code.google.com/p/msysgit/) is a popular choice.

See http://www.vtk.org/Wiki/VTK/Git for detailed information on how to
access the git repository. Once you have successfully cloned git, you
can checkout version 5.4.0 by using the command

git checkout v5.4.0
