[vtkusers] 3D freehand ultrasound volume reconstruction

Hi Lai,

I am using an Ascension EM tracker to track the US probe, but more than
syconized image capture, I am looking for a good method of creating a
unevenly spaced sequence of images into an evenly spaced volume that I can
use for further image analysis.

I will work on the synchronization soon, but I am using an open architecture
US machine, which will hopefully make things easier.
