[vtkusers] Fit Text to a Box

Hello,

I am trying to have text confined to a box area without using Scaled text. 
The desired behavior is that if the text is larger than the box, it will
start to word wrap.  Is this or even just clipping off the text like an
image is possible, could anyone give me a few pointers?  I have tried using
different actors and setting the bounds, but it did not work.
