[vtkusers] reg vtkCellLocator class

Hi,
In vtkCellLocator class,

void FindClosestPoint (float x[3], float closestPoint[3], vtkIdType &cellId,
int &subId, float &dist2)

what do vtkIdType &cellId and int &subId, return

I want the access all 3 points in the cell around the closest point.
