[vtkusers] vtk5.6.1 -- vtkExodusReader

There is an annoying print to screen in the following function:

void vtkExodusReader::GenerateExtraArrays(vtkUnstructuredGrid* output)

I downloaded and built vtk 5.6.1 and commented it out but sadly I found that it is also present in 'pvpython' 3.8.1.
