[vtkusers] ActiViz .NET now open source

Great news for everyone working in C# - Kitware has now released ActiViz
.NET as an open source project under a BSD license. You can find binaries
and instructions for accessing the source code repository here:

project using ActiViz, we'd love to hear about it and perhaps feature it on
