[vtkusers] Running a .vtk file

That looks like example data from the textbook. Most of these examples
use the vtk library compiled with tcl support. I believe there is a
section in the text book that explains how to set this up. I do not
have my vtk books (textbook or user guide) here so I can not look that
up for you.
