[vtkusers] Volume Rendering Problem

Thank you for reply.  I will probably need to use lookup table to map to RGB
and back to gray level for now.   However your example sets color with
vtkColorTransferFunction, uses vtkPiecewiseFunction only for opacity.  I
tried using vtkPiecewiseFunction for setting the color to graylevel colormap
but the rendered result was not meaningful.
