[vtkusers] Problems with vtkScalarsToColors & QVTKWidget in vtk5.8.0

I did following steps:
1. I changed path  in my environmental variable to vtk5.8.0.
2. I cleaned my solution
3. I rebuild my solution

It compiles but I cannot start my app... 

oh... I guess I forgot to build gdcm with vtk5.8.0... my fault... I will let
you know if it was the problem.
