Then you probably need to install the VC++ runtimes. That should be in


C:\Program Files\Microsoft SDKs\Windows/v7.1\Redist\VC\vcredist_x64.exe

or

C:\Program Files\/Microsoft
SDKs/Windows\v7.0A\Bootstrapper\Packages\vcredist_x64.exe

I just wrap these in my CPack / NSIS packaging.
