[vtkusers] VTK 64 bit slow rendering on some studies

Having heavy memory fragmentation issues I've switched to 64 bit VTK and 64
bit JVM. Memory issues are gone, but new one appeared. 
Some studies are just ok, but some are not rendered via GPU. For example,
PANORAMIX study from http://pubimage.hcuge.ch:8080/ is rendered very slow.
I've checked graphics card load via GPU-Z and found that it is in idle mode.

Where should I look to find reason and fix issue?
