[vtkusers] vtkScalarBar Title font issue

I have created a vtkScalarBarActor object and rendered it on a window. But
when i try to change the size of the scalarbar title by
scalarBar->GetTitleTextProperty()->SetFontSize(25)..the size doesnt change
at all. What will be the problem?
