[vtkusers] from Contours based on lines to surface

Hello

How to make surface from contours based on lines. I have lines in different
planes which form polygons like voronoi diagram. The lines change a little
its position in every plane. I tried with

vtkRuledSurfaceFilter -> the problem is that I don't have parallel lines.

vtkVoxelContoursToSurfaceFilter-> the problem is I don't have
polygons, i have only lines which forms polygon but I don't know which
take part in every one of them

any Ideas??
