[vtkusers] Maximizing a QVTKWidget control

Jothy,

It's still not working. As I'm experimenting on the SimpleView example, I'm
attaching my SimpleView.ui file. If you please could see it and check if
there's something wrong in my size policy/stretch/layout settings it would
really be great.
