[vtkusers] GraphicsCxxTests.exe has stopped working

Hi,

I compiled VTK using CMake 2.8.5 for Visual Studio 2010 without shared libs.
When i build ALL_BUILD and INSTALL in Release mode in Visual Studio and try
to build RUN_TESTS, tests crash on 59. test (Mace) with message:

GraphicsCxxTests.exe has stopped working.

I don't know what seems to be a problem.

Also, lot of examples give unhandled exceptions when over.


Is there any tutorial of how to build VTK in Debug mode and use it in MFC
application, because most of tutorials i've used didn't help.
