[vtkusers] run time crash on visual studio 2010 express

Hi,

I am getting the following error message when the application I am
trying to run crashes on start up. I am compiling with VTK 5.6.1.

The procedure entry point
?GetVectorAttribute at vtkXMLDataElement@@QAEHPBDHPAH at Z could not be
located in the dynamic link library vtkCommon.dll.

Any suggestions on what I am missing?
