[vtkusers] vtkcontourwidget + vtkimageviewer2 + qvtkwidget

I'm having some trouble getting the vtkContourWidget interaction to take
place within a QVTKWidget displaying a vtkImageViewer2.  I had no trouble
getting this to work outside of Qt. I was wondering if someone could provide
a small example showing how this might work.
