Are you using CMake to configure your project? If yes, then CMake-GUI has an text field near the top labeled "Where to build the Binaries". The folder you have listed in there, delete the contents of that folder. This also assumes that the folder listed in there is NOT the same as the project folder. You should have been doing an out of source build.
