[vtkusers] conversion of unstrucuredgrid to polydata (for using the QuantizePolyDataPoints filter)

Hi everybody, i would like to use the QuantizePolyDataPoints filter on
my unstructured grid, but it accepts only PolyData objects as input.
Note: my grid does not have any kind of cell. Only vertexes are present.

How can i do this kind of conversion?
