[vtkusers] vtkVolumeShearWarpMapper

Hello all,

I was looking for a good performing CPU-based volume ray cast mapper that
can do maximum intensity projections and when googling around I found some
information about the vtkVolumeShearWarpMapper. This class does seem to be
part of the VTK 5.6 release. Is there a mapper that is recommended to be
used instead?
