[vtkusers] Using VTK in a Visual C++ project

Bob, 

Did you place these "Include, Lib and Dlls" folders at the root of the
system 32 folder or have you created a vtk folder to contain them ?
Also, did you have to specifically point to that system 32 folder from your
VS project or does the development environment systematically check it ?
