[vtkusers] VC++ 2010 Express BUILD_ALL

It seems to me that after I finish CMAKE and BUILD_ALL,

I should have a complete set of :
1. All  .h Include files for vtk

2. All  .lib files and

3. All .dll files

Is the above correct?
