[vtkusers] LNK2019 error when compiling project with ITK and VTK

Are you using CMake to build your project? If so, you should not add change
the VS project properties or additional dependencies.

It is possible to build an external project without CMake, but it is tricky.
There are many examples here:
http://itk.org/Wiki/ITK/Examples

that combine vtk and itk, but they all use cmake.
