[vtkusers] How to pick visible actors only

Hi,

I'm using the vtkPicker to select/pick actors in a scene. The unsorted collection I get from the picker is then sorted according to the calculated distance to the camera. However, I'd like to get the visible actors only (visible to the camera). Does anyone know how to accomplish that?

I'm still using VTK 4.4, so the vtkAreaPicker will not help me here... :(
