[vtkusers] vtkChartXY axis range

I tried to make a vtkChartXY of the results of a timing test:

Unfortunately, the y-axis values do not correspond the values I put in the
table. The axis seems to be setup to allow for the highest value (.08 on my
machine), but the actual line that is drawn has a maximum height of about
.02. Can anyone confirm this/see I am doing something wrong?
