[vtkusers] select pixel in vtkImageViewer2

Hi all,
I have used vtkImageViewer2 to display seriary of dicom images. Now I want to select two piexls(or point) and compute the distance on one of the image. Which classes should I use are the best? Please give me some advecese. Thank you!
