[vtkusers] OpenGL errors on Cygwin

David,

I just built with BUILD_SHARED=OFF and did not have any problems.

To summarize,
with BUILD_SHARED=ON I had to check in a fix to netcdf, then build went fine
with BUILD_SHARED=OFF it built with no problems.

I'm not sure what the difference is between your system and mine. Did
you muck with any CMake variables?
