[vtkusers] Fill ImageData with constant value in aspherical volume

Hi all,

Is there any fast way of filling vtkImageData scalar component spherically
with a constant value.

That is, assume a sphere inside vtkImageData and the voxels inside that
sphere is set to '1' or any value.
