How can I normalize values on Y axes in a vtkXYPlotActor ?

And how can I hide the labes along axis ?

        plot = vtk.vtkXYPlotActor()
        plot.AddInput( self.hist.GetOutput() )
        plot.GetPositionCoordinate().SetValue(0.03, 0.03, 0)
        plot.GetPosition2Coordinate().SetValue(0.97, 0.97, 0)
        plot.SetYRange(0,10000)
