[vtkusers] [VtkEdge] VTKEdge and ATI Radeon Graphiics cards

Hi Francois,
Sorry by raise this question up newly, but GPU volume mappers are
migrated to VTK since version 5.6 and aren't developed with VTKEdge
(this is my assumption). The compatibility of GPU mappers on VTK are
the same? ( works only with nVidia, windows or linux, not mac )
