[vtkusers] Create 3-D surface from 2-D contours of slices

I got 2-D contours manually from all slices using vtkContourWidget and the
contours have vtkPolyData format, which include points and lines, no
vertex,cells. How can I create the surface from the 2-D contours? Thanks.
