[vtkusers] Building 5.6.1 problem

We stopped support a number of compilers with VTK 5.6 due to their lack of
C++ language support, particularly relating to templates and STL. VTK 5.4 on
the other hand was compiled nightly with a variety of Borland compilers and
should build just fine.
