[vtkusers] Building 5.6.1 problem

I have created and used VTK 4.0 successfully and I am trying to upgrade to
the new version.
I installed the package, used CMake but when I try to compile (for Borland
Bcc32.exe) it crashes(too many errors).
The errors being "cannot use.... has not been defined"

I guess I am not the first but this is very frustrating.
