[vtkusers] VtkImageViewer2 disabling window level

No, It is working, I can use the right mouse button, the wheel, keys,
etc. The only button that's not working as expected is the left button.
Each time I click or drag, the message "Pressed left mouse button"
appears (as expected) but the event is not forwarded to
vtkInteractorStyleImage.
